Presented by OPA and with race logistics handled by GWN, this event is open to paddlers of all skill levels, offering a full day of exciting races and activities.

Don’t miss an evening of fun at Citi Field as we highlight Asian American Pacific Islander culture on Wednesday, May 14th against the Pittsburgh Pirates!
Visit Mets Plaza to experience exciting pre-game activations including food trucks, DJ Herb, and live dance performances from two vibrant organizations. The Ohana Paddling Association (OPA), a non-profit organization fostering teamwork & community through diverse sports, will present a special Lion Dance and Ranjanee Inc., a group dedicated to promoting Indian performing arts, will perform a Bollywood Dance!
On-field festivities include a National Anthem performance by professional violinist Alyssa Kim and First Pitch by principal dancer at the American Ballet Theatre Hee Seo. Don’t miss a unique rendition of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" by composer and performer Soo Yeon Lyuh on the haegeum, a two-stringed Korean bowed instrument and music sets throughout the game from DJ GETLIVE!
Fans who purchase tickets through this special ticket offer will receive a specialty AAPI Heritage Night hat.

2024 Mercer County Dragon Boat Festival
OPA is set to compete in the Mixed Sport Division at the 2024 Mercer County Dragon Boat Festival at Mercer County Park in New Jersey. Additionally, OPA will be teaming up with NYPD to race in the Sport Women’s Division under the name Sweet N’ Salty. Don't miss out on the action!
